Eligibility
Returns and refunds are offered if items are defective, damaged, or do not match description.

Return Window

• Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, with tags intact, and in original packaging.

Process

1. Notify us by email (info@momentofashions.com) with order details and reason.
2. Pack the item securely and ship it back (return shipping may be covered by the customer unless the item is defective).
3. Refund is processed after inspection.

Exceptions
Final sale items, hygiene products, and items not in original condition may not be eligible.
